Пояснительная записка.

Предлагаемый материал знакомит с формами обращения к людям, способствует накоплению лексики и фразеологии, что является необходимым условием развития навыков устной речи.

Тема: Школа.

Класс: 5-6

Разработала: Тишакова В. Ф.

Цели: $

  1. Познакомить с принятыми формами обращения к людям.

  2. Способствовать накоплению бытовой лексики и фразеологии.

Задачи:

  1. Развивать навыки диалогической речи.

  2. Активизировать грамматический и лексический материал.

My school

NICK: What school do you go to?

JOHN: I go to school No.2.$

NICK: Is it a secondary school or a nine-year school?

JOHN: It is a secondary school. And where do you study, Nick?

NICK: I study at School No.3.

JOHN: Is your school far from your house?

NICK: No, it isn’t.

JOHN: How long does it takes you to get there?

NICK: It takes me only five minutes.

JOHN: I$n what street is your school?

NICK: It is in N. Street.

JOHN: Our school is very big. Is your school big too?

NICK: No, isn’t. It is a three – stored building.

JOHN: On that floor is our classroom?

NICK: Our classroom is on the second floor.

JOHN: What from are you in?

NICK: I am in the 5th form.

JOHN: When does your first lesson begin?

NICK: It begins at eight o’clock.

$JOHN: How many lessons have you today?

NICK: Five.

MY CLASSROOM

PETE: Please tell me about your classroom, Jack; is your classroom large or small, light or dark?

JACK: Our classroom is large, clean and light.

PETE: How many windows has it?

JACK: It has three windows.

PETE: Have you any plants in your classroom?

JACK: We have many.

PETE: Where are they?

JACK: They are on the window-sills.

PETE: Who waters your plants?

JACK: The pup$ils who are on duty water them.

PETE: How often do you water them?

JACK: Every other day.

PETE: We have two blackboards in our classroom. How many blackboards have you?

JACK: We have$ only one.

PETE: What color is it?

JACK: It is brown.

PETE: Where is the chalk?

JACK: It is on the ledge of the blackboard.

PETE: What do you clean the blackboard with?

JACK: We clean it with a duster.

PETE: Where is your blackboard?

JACK: It is on the wall.

$PETE: What else can you see on the walls in your room?

JACK: We can see a calendar, an English wall and some slogans.

PETE: Do you like your classroom?

JACK: Oh, very much.

WE CLEAN OUR CLASSROOM

KATE: Hallo, Helen!

HELEN: Hallo, Kate!

KATE: Are your lessons over?

$HELEN: Yes, they are.

KATE: How many lessons had you?

HELEN: We had five lessons.

KATE: What were they?

HELEN: Maths, History, Biology, Geography and PE.

KATE: And we had Russian, English, Art. Shall we go home together?

HELEN: I can’t go now.

KATE: Why?

HELEN: I must clean the classroom.

KATE: Will you do it alone?

HELEN: Oh, no. Four more pupils of our class clean the classroom with me.

KATE: How will you clean it?

HELEN: We shall sweep the floor and wipe the desks with a damp duster.

KATE: I am sorry you can’t go home with me today.

HELEN: So am I, Kate, but I’ll go home with you tomorrow.$

After school

NICK: What are you doing, Jack?

$JOHN: I am doing my lessons.

NICK: What are you going to do afterwards?

JOHN: If you wait for me here we can go out to play.

NICK: When will you finish your homework?

JOHN: In ten minutes. (Some time after.) I have finished.

NICK: Shall we play chess, draughts or table-tennis?

JOHN: I’d rather go out.

NICK: Shall we play hide-and-seek with the boys in the yard?

JOHN: Let’s play tag.
